How will my new MarXen World hat fit? 

We currently have hats in two different sizes (small/large)

- Small

(circumference): 56cm / 22in

- Original 

(circumference): 67cm / 26.3in

How to measure YOUR head?

Step 1:

Use a soft measuring tape to measure the circumference of your head. Measure 1cm above your ear making sure to measure around the widest part of your head.

Alternative Method (If you don't have measuring tape):

Using a string in the same way as indicated above in step 1* to measure your head. Then lay the string straight and measure it with a ruler.

- For orders shipped outside of Europe you can expect to receive your package in (10-15 business days).

- For orders shipped within Europe, you can expect to receive your order in (3-7 business days).

All fabric that we use to craft the MarXen World hats are sourced from preexisting / deadstock fabrics.

This means that we are only able to produce a small number of MarXen World Hats in any given color range with no guarantee of the same colorway being available in the future.

MarXen World strives to provide unparalleled customer service. We currently only accept returns within the European Union. If you are in the European Union and you wish to return an item we have a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@marxenworld.com. If your return is accepted we will send instructions on how and where to send your package, however, you must pay for the return shipping and 5% restocking fee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Alternatively, you can request a return from logging in to your customer account and processing it that way.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
